THE ROUTE MASTER DAN HOLLAND - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Like Judith, Dan’s knowledge and understanding of our business is exceptional. It’s not just down to the length of time he’s been here (although it’s impressive) but to the range and scope of his experience. Before joining us as a driver in 1989, he’d spent time here on work experience from a local high school. He passed his HGV license at 21 and after working in the traffic office, gaining management qualifications, he became Transport Manager, then Operations Manager. Dan was part of the team that helped Judith manage the business before the buyout in 2002 when he became Operations Director.
