THE STICKLER TOM STRACEY - DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tom joined the business in 2002 just after the buyout. With engineering experience and a physics degree behind him, he brings a highly technical perspective. He’s worked throughout the business, gaining insights and is the driving force behind the modernisation of all our systems and processes. He’s also an absolute stickler for quality. And it shows in our service. In his own words, “To be good is not good enough for me. All transport businesses are good these days. We have to be noticeably better and keep getting better so they never catch up.”
