This role is based in our busy office in Pinvin and involves receiving and processing orders, updating data to computer systems, dealing with queries and resolving any problems. You will be supporting both the Palletforce and Customer Accounts department.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will be:
They must have the ability to work on their own initiative with the determination and willingness to resolve all issues in order to meet all customer and business requirements.
They must be computer literate, have good customer care skills, be accurate and methodical and have a confident telephone manner.
Most importantly they must have a passion to get the job done and do it right.
Previous logistics experience is an advantage but not essential..
A flexible approach to working hours is required. The average working day is approximately 10am – 7pm.
