White Logistics & Storage Ltd is the leading general haulier and warehousing provider in the area with strong financial performance and ambitious Growth Plans.

The Directors are seeking to grow the business further by appointing an experienced professional to develop new opportunities and manage existing relationships.

The Role:

Your role will involve helping to grow the business by seeking additional revenue from new and existing customers, together with underlying responsibility for the management of the customer service team.

We have a talented customer service team in place, and you will be required to support and develop them, and assist in dealing with any issues which might arise.

You will work closely and collaboratively with other departments and senior managers to improve systems, processes and customer service for the benefit of the company and its customers.

You will ensure that customers are aware of the latest company solutions to drive efficiencies, grow the business and maximise potential.

A large part of your time will be dedicated to business growth, finding and pursuing potential strategic customers whom we can genuinely help and who will make a positive difference to our business.

You will manage the full freight sales cycle, from assessing customer requirements, to managing the relationship, all customer visits and preparing and presenting to a customer in order to make a sale.

You will develop a deep understanding of customer's businesses including extended opportunities and competitive influences where the company could seize opportunities.

You will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails, ensuring that service to the existing customer base is maintained as you will handle both new business and the ongoing account management and development of your accounts.


Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within similar markets.

Proven record of achieving long term, profitable revenue growth.

Proven ability to grow accounts through increased engagement and identifying opportunities.

Experience of working within a fast paced, dynamic environment.


Excellent negotiating skills.

A dynamic, pro-active approach to working with customers, quickly addressing their needs, and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly.

A proven ability to put the customer's requirements at the heart of what we do, striving to deliver high quality customer service at all times.

Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively across functions to achieve success.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations.

Full Clean Driving License

Working Hours:

Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position. Flexibility on moving these times earlier or later may be necessary at times to suit you and the business.


Based in Pershore, WR10 2DS - occasional requirements to travel within the UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year depending on candidate.
